1.1 Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to the ck456 website and all services provided under it. These include casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bonus and promotional offers, and customer support services.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

3.3 Withdrawal Process

3.4 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into an account are for gaming purposes on the ck456 platform only. Deposits or withdrawals in the name of a third party are not permitted. Funds held in an account do not earn interest.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ck456 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Deposited funds must be used in full before bonus funds can be used.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotional Offers

ck456 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus terms, offer amounts, or promotional programs at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on the platform.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on ck456 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Any result caused by a software error or technical issue will be considered void and the affected wager amount will be refunded. 5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Examples of betting markets include: match winner, total runs, or number of wickets in a Bangladesh vs India match — these are common market examples. 5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or any other inappropriate technology.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.

If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

5.4 Technical Issues

ck456 is not responsible if a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a device issue. The result recorded in the server logs will be considered final.

6.1 Closure by ck456

ck456 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete identity documents.
• Evidence of involvement in fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• An instruction from a law enforcement agency or a court order.

6.2 Closure by Member

6.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, ck456 may apply its account maintenance policy. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.
